1. Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a product that is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and seals intact.
Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package to help us process your claim quickly.

2. Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to the personal nature of our products (trimmers, shavers, and epilators), we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or if the protective hygiene seal has been broken. This ensures that every VGR customer receives a brand-new, sterile device.

3. Official Company Warranty

Every VGR product purchased from this website comes with official after-sales support.

Our guarantee covers technical issues like motor or battery failure.
