VGR Pakistan — Official Warranty Terms & Conditions
Every product purchased directly from vgrpakistan.com is covered by a 6-month official warranty against manufacturing defects. This page explains exactly what is covered, how to file a claim, and what to expect.
1. Warranty Coverage
Your VGR product is covered for 6 months from the date of delivery against the following:
- Motor failure under normal use conditions
- Blade defects — dulling, misalignment, or breakage not caused by misuse
- Battery failure — device not charging or not holding charge
- Button or switch failure under normal use
- Internal electrical or mechanical defects
- Any manufacturing fault confirmed upon inspection
2. Warranty Duration
- Duration: 6 months from the date your order was delivered
- Applies to: All products purchased at vgrpakistan.com only
- Proof required: Your order number (found in your confirmation message or on the packaging slip)
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
Filing a claim is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Record a short video clearly showing the defect or issue with the product

- Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
- If approved and the product is required to be sent back for inspection or replacement, the customer is responsible for all delivery and courier charges involved in returning the product to VGR Pakistan. VGR Pakistan does not cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.
- Once the unit is received and inspected, we will dispatch the repaired or replacement unit

4. What Is NOT Covered
The following are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. VGR Pakistan reserves the right to inspect any returned unit before approving a claim, and to reject claims where the damage is determined to be usage-related rather than a manufacturing defect.
- Physical damage of any kind — cracks, dents, broken casing, bent blades, or any damage resulting from dropping, impact, or mishandling
- Water damage on products not rated for water resistance. If a non-waterproof model has been used near water, in humid conditions, or immersed, the warranty is void regardless of when the fault appears
- Blade wear from heavy or incorrect use — blades used without oil, used on excessively thick or wet hair, or used at incorrect angles will dull prematurely. This is usage damage, not a manufacturing defect
- Motor burnout from overuse or overloading — running the motor continuously for extended periods beyond recommended session lengths, or forcing the device through hair it is not rated for, is not covered
- Battery degradation from improper charging — leaving the device on charge for extended periods beyond a full charge, charging with an incompatible charger or cable, or fully draining the battery repeatedly will damage the battery. This is not a manufacturing defect
- Damage from using incorrect voltage — connecting the device to a power source beyond its rated voltage range
- Damage caused by disassembly, tampering, or third-party repair — any evidence that the product has been opened, modified, or serviced by anyone other than VGR Pakistan immediately voids the warranty
- General wear and tear — gradual reduction in cutting performance, cosmetic fading, minor surface scratches, or any deterioration that occurs naturally over time with regular use is not covered
- Loss of accessories — missing guide combs, cleaning brushes, charging cables, or other in-box accessories are not replaced under warranty
- Damage from using the wrong attachment heads — forcing incompatible attachments onto a device or using attachments incorrectly is not covered
- Subjective performance complaints — claims such as “it doesn’t cut as well as before” or “it feels slower” without a clear, verifiable defect are not eligible. A video demonstrating the specific issue is required for all claims
- Claims submitted without proof of purchase — no order number, no warranty. We cannot process any claim without a verifiable vgrpakistan.com order number
- Products purchased from any source other than vgrpakistan.com — products bought on Daraz, OLX, Facebook Marketplace, or from any third-party reseller carry no warranty from VGR Pakistan regardless of what the seller may have told you
- Claims submitted after the 6-month warranty period — once the 6-month window from your delivery date has passed, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances
Important note on older claims: The longer a product has been in use, the more difficult it becomes to distinguish a manufacturing defect from usage-related wear. For claims raised after 3 months of use, VGR Pakistan requires a physical inspection of the unit before any replacement is approved. We inspect for signs of misuse, improper maintenance, and normal wear before making a determination.
5. Replacement vs Repair Policy
- Depending on the defect and stock availability, we will either replace the unit or provide a repaired unit
- Replacements are dispatched only after the defective unit is collected and inspected
- If the same model is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent model of equal or greater value
- Cash refunds are not provided under warranty — only replacement or repair
6. Claim Turnaround Time
- Claim review: 1–2 business days after receiving video and order details
- Collection of defective unit: 3–5 business days after approval
- Dispatch of replacement: Within 5–7 business days after collection and inspection
7. Important Conditions
- Warranty is non-transferable — applies to the original purchaser from vgrpakistan.com only
- Warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by any third party
- All delivery and courier charges for returning a product to VGR Pakistan are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes the cost of sending the product back for inspection as well as any re-delivery charges. VGR Pakistan does not reimburse or cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.
- Pack the product securely for return — products damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for replacement
- VGR Pakistan is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from product misuse
8. Products NOT Eligible for Warranty
- Products purchased from any source other than vgrpakistan.com
- Products with tampered, removed, or altered serial numbers
- Products with no verifiable order number
- Claims submitted after the 6-month warranty period
9. Counterfeit Products Warning
VGR Pakistan is the only official authorized distributor of VGR products in Pakistan. Products from unauthorized sellers including vgrpakistan.pk and vgr-official.pk are not covered under any warranty and may be counterfeit. Only purchase from vgrpakistan.com for a 100% original product with full warranty protection.
