All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email or SMS if this happens.

📸 Damaged or Lost Shipments
VGR Pakistan is responsible for any product damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and the product so we can file a claim on your behalf.
