All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you via email or SMS if this occurs.

Shipping Cost:  Rs. 105 flat for all Order Values. 

We currently deliver to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan.

VGR Pakistan is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and the product to file a claim.
