At VGR Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our professional grooming tools. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective plastic.
• Personal care items (like used trimmer blades for hygiene reasons) may be ineligible for return. 
  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
