Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 4-level length adjustment work? ⌄
The 4-level adjustment is a dial or lever on the clipper body that changes the blade gap to give you four distinct cutting lengths without needing to attach a guide comb. This is useful for fine-tuning between comb sizes or for detail work like blending and fading. For standard cuts, use the guide combs — for precision transitions, use the body adjustment.
Is 200 minutes enough for a full haircut? ⌄
Yes, comfortably. A standard home haircut typically takes 10–20 minutes. With 200 minutes of battery life, you can complete 10 or more full haircuts on a single charge. It's also more than enough for a barber doing back-to-back sessions throughout the day before needing to recharge.
Can I charge the V-654 from a power bank? ⌄
Yes. The V-654 charges via a standard USB cable, making it compatible with any USB power source — wall adapters, laptop USB ports, power banks, and car USB chargers. This is very convenient for travel or when you don't have access to a dedicated socket.
What guide comb sizes are included? ⌄
The V-654 comes with 6 guide combs covering a range of lengths for different hairstyles. Start with a longer comb for your target style and work shorter. The variety of combs means you can achieve everything from a tight buzz cut to a longer layered style without needing additional accessories.
How do I clean the blades after use? ⌄
After each haircut, use the included cleaning brush to remove hair clippings from between the blade teeth. For a deeper clean, detach the blade head if possible and rinse under running water, then allow to dry fully before reassembling. Apply a drop of blade oil occasionally to maintain cutting performance and prevent rust.
⚠️ Important: Use a 5W or Below Charger Only

This device's battery is calibrated for 10W or lower charging. Using a charger above 5W — including fast chargers or laptop adapters — will permanently damage the battery, and this type of damage is not covered under warranty. Always charge with the original box charger or a genuine 10W (or below) replacement.
