Frequently Asked Questions

Is the V-628 nose trimmer painful to use inside the nose? ⌄
No. The V-628 uses a rotary blade system enclosed in a rounded safety tip it trims nose hair by spinning rather than cutting with an exposed blade. The rounded tip physically cannot contact the sensitive inner nasal skin. Most users find it completely painless and much more comfortable than plucking or wax strips. Insert gently without pressing hard against the nostril walls.
Can the V-628 be used for ear hair and eyebrow trimming too? ⌄
Yes. The slim, rounded trimmer head fits comfortably in the outer ear canal for safe ear hair removal use gentle circular motions. For eyebrow trimming, use the trimmer head along the brow line with short, controlled strokes to remove stray hairs and define the brow shape. Clean the head between areas for hygiene.
How long does a single charge last for regular nose trimming? ⌄
The V-628 provides 60 minutes of runtime. A typical nose and ear trimming session takes 1–2 minutes. This means a single full charge gives you weeks or even a month of daily grooming before needing to recharge. Charge via USB when the motor begins to slow — that's the indicator of a low battery.
Can I use the V-628 while it's charging? ⌄
Yes the cord/cordless design means you can plug in the USB cable and use the V-628 simultaneously in corded mode. This is useful when the battery runs low mid-session. Keep the charging port area dry when using near a sink.
How do I clean the V-628 trimmer head after use? ⌄
Tap the trimmer head gently over the sink to release clipped hairs. Use the included cleaning brush to clear any remaining debris from inside the blade housing. If the head is water-rated, rinse it under warm running water and let it dry fully before reattaching. Clean after every use to maintain hygiene and prevent hair buildup that can slow the blade rotation over time.
