Frequently Asked Questions

Which speed setting should I use for different body areas? ⌄
Use high speed (3,500 RPM) for legs and arms where skin is thicker and hair is coarser — it grips and removes hair faster. Use low speed (2,600 RPM) for underarms, the bikini area, and anywhere with sensitive skin — gentler rotation reduces irritation. If you're new to epilating, always start on the lower speed to let your skin adjust.
What does the LED light on the V-738 actually help with? ⌄
The built-in LED illuminates the skin surface directly below the epilating head, making fine, light-coloured, or short hairs visible that you'd otherwise miss. It's especially useful for the bikini line, underarms, and lower legs where the lighting angle makes it hard to see all hairs.
How do I prepare my skin before epilating with the V-738? ⌄
Exfoliate 24 hours before to lift any ingrown hairs. Make sure skin is clean and completely dry — no lotion, oil, or sweat — as dry skin allows the tweezers to grip hair more effectively. Hair length should be 2–5mm for best results. After epilating, apply a soothing lotion to calm the skin.
Is the V-738 suitable for first-time epilator users? ⌄
Yes, the dual speed is particularly helpful for beginners. Start with the lower speed (2,600 RPM) on a less sensitive area like the lower leg to get used to the sensation. The discomfort of epilating significantly reduces after the first 2–3 sessions as hair grows back finer and skin adjusts.
How long do results last compared to shaving or waxing? ⌄
Epilating removes hair from the root, so results last 3–6 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle. Shaving only cuts at the surface and regrows in 1–3 days. Over time, regular epilating causes hair to grow back thinner and sparser — making each session quicker and more comfortable.
⚠️ Important: Use a 5W or Below Charger Only

This device's battery is calibrated for 10W or lower charging. Using a charger above 5W — including fast chargers or laptop adapters — will permanently damage the battery, and this type of damage is not covered under warranty. Always charge with the original box charger or a genuine 10W (or below) replacement.
